J C Parks Elementary School

This school OBVIOUSLY has a problem with bullying. My child just transferred here 3 weeks ago and she has already been in TWO altercations with two BOYS who have a problem keeping their hands to themselves. The staff at this school has not done ANYTHING to ensure my childs transition to this new school is smooth. The VP was supposed to call me back after I told her about the 1st time a boy on the bus hit my daughter in her face and its been a week and I have heard NOTHING. Today another boy on the playground shoved her and then punched her- when she retaliated and defended herself, the principal didn't want to hear anything about her defending herself, he said he saw her hit him and now she is losing recess and in trouble. THIS SCHOOL IS A JOKE! DO NOT MOVE TO THIS AREA IF THIS WILL BE THE NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOOL FOR YOUR CHILD.nLook at all the comments of those saying this is a good school, they are ALL grammatically incorrect and that is very telling! This place... smh.

Im so happy my daugther attend this school, the new Principal is great he have a very good ideas!!

Ms Cunkleman (Grade 2 teacher) is a great and an awesome teacher ud83dudc68‍ud83cudfeb with a lot of patience!!

My children attended this school and my granddaughter. The teachers and school counselor Mrs. Cole is outstanding with the children.

Mrs. Spearbeck and Ms. Harris are amazing teachers!
