Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a bowl here today through the mobile app for pickup. My girlfriend picked up me and her order and brung it back home. When I opened my bowl I barely had any white rice and also I had put on the app that I wanted extra tomatoes and extra cheese and they didn’t give it to me. The taste of the food was there but the portion size wasn’t. I shouldn’t have to put that I want extra everything because I’m scared they aren’t going to put enough.

Food tasted excellent. Wait was astronomically long. Waited almost an hour for my food. I placed my order online. So many customers were waiting and had the same issue. I would have saved about 40 mins if I had just got in line. There was practically no line for the walk-in customers.

Tried the cauliflower rice; it was delicious. Back to being crowded again so I stick to my online order and pick up as usual. Just have to wait for them to scan for your freebies, but no issues.

Ordered ahead and still stood around with about 10 other people waiting for our orders. Could have gone through the line 3 times instead. Staff is rude but at least the food is edible. The Chipotle just north of this one is much better.

Excellent and delightful food, I love the mood the place has, and the workers were kind. I will definitely come back.
