Randy's Ribs & BBQ

I am finally glad to have stopped by this place after more than 25 years of living in Southern Maryland. I have wondered why I have not stopped before after eating the sliced beef sandwich and mac and cheese -- I can tell that at first bite, there is a lot of care in their craft. From seasoning to cooking and eventually serving the sandwich, there are a whole bunch of checks and balances to ensure that the meal starts off strong and ends strong, and the sandwich that I had was without any sauce. I can only imagine what it would be like with sauce, but the methods used to cook the beef speaks for itself alone. I do look forward to going through the rest of their menu!

Excellent food. Their sliced beef is wonderful as is their BBQ sauce. You have to have some of their BBQ sauce! I ate so fast, didn't have time to snap a photo. Trust and believe, this place is worth it.

I decided to try this place out after seeing great reviews. I was terribly disappointed!! The sauce is the only thing I will say was good (the reason I gave a 2 star rather than 1). The green beans tasted like they were canned beans soaked in a ton of salt. The greens were mainly stems and the mac and cheese tasted like it was cheap store bought mac and cheese. I didn't even eat the food because it tasted so bad to me.

Hadn't had Randy's in about 20 years because I moved away. Had it today and still the absolute best sliced pit beef that I have had in ALL of maryland. Sauce is amazing. Customer service is great. They even asked if I wanted the bread separate so it doesn't get soggy. Thanks for being the greatest still after 20 years.

We like a lot eating out. Yesterday we arrived in this fine restaurant which friends recommended to us. We spent a delightful evening there with high-qulity meal and a courteous team and a professional chef. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we shall certainly visit again very soon. We warmly recommend.
