Port Tobacco River Park

Cool spot to take a short walk and see the eagles. Immediately saw two eagles right when we pulled into the parking lot. Lots of informational plaques. Dog friendly.

Beautiful, quiet park with well-maintained, wide trails. Great area to bring pets and children for an easy walk! Does tend to get muddy after the rain, however.

Beach is small and kid friendly, but losing its charm I imagine. We were shocked by the amount of trash everywhere. A patrol a day from the state, and maybe some volunteer efforts might restore the beach. Water was warmer than expected...nice
