When hair to get photos done was very pleasant experience! The photographer was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the prices would definitely come here again I am thankful that they are still JC Penney's with this option to take pictures

This JCP location surprisingly had my size shirts. Every other JCP within 300 miles is always sold out, don’t carry in-store or just have a tiny section for tall people. It’s nice being able to try something on without having to wait three weeks for delivery.

Need better instructions for curb side pickup. Info on whether upper or lower level. I had to go inside to pick up orders.

Must say I was surprised by how good their customer’s service was. I have made several online purchases and everything went smoothly and with no bums. Got to give credit when earned. And they earned it.

It was quiet, not too many customers.. I received outstanding service from Delores in the pick up department. She went above and beyond to locate my order. Outstanding professionalism, very pleasant, and helpful on her part.
