People are very professional, the process is quick and smooth. A totally different experience than what you'd have with a traditional dealership. A large screen shows whose car is in what stage, appointment, appraisal in progress, offer ready. I filled the online appraisal questionnaire truthfully, and got a good offer, yet I was thinking they would certainly find some faults and haircut the offer. Did not happen! They concluded with exactly the same offer.

Good selection of cars, but the customer service was a little lacking, I feel. More specifically, with the sales person I was working with.

They take cars at a very low price and they sell cars at a high price, so I did not like this experience with them
