Clyde deserves a 5 out of 5 but I did not get the pleasure of dealing with him on the 1st day!!! My car was dropped of on Tuesday evening for a 7am Wednesday appt and I did not receive my car back until Thursday late afternoon! Dropped of my car with Chris and he needs to work on his customer service skills. I called to get updates on my car all day and did not receive a call back until 5pm Wednesday! My ticket was not put in or misplaced so my car did not get worked on all day! Clyde called me Thursday Morning and he was exceptional! His customer service was amazing and he definitely went above and beyond to rectify the situation!nTHANK YOU CLYDE!!!!!

The staff was very courteous. The customer service was great. Jervon was great he had a very positive attitude and he explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. I appreciate his service and everyone who played a part in servicing my vehicle . Thank you!

I absolutely loved working with James he was so nice and tried his hardest to keep me comfortable and confident ...everyone there including the finance guy was super super super nice I walked in with no hopes of getting this car and walked out with a brand new car ! I would definitely continue working with James and go back to him as much as possible....he definitely knows how to do his job and do it well and be super respectful and patient when you work at a dealership you can’t just have the attitude of it needs to be my price or nothing at all ...you can’t sell cars that way ..you need to work with the customer as well and James definitely did so ... I also had family with me and everyone there made sure they were comfortable during the whole process....at the end of the day it was a nerve racking experience but I would definitely do it again with James !!

This experience was a good one. I came to the dealership not knowing if I had to put 5k down like other places told me I had to. After a few minutes I did a credit application. They pulled my charger out from the snow. And while I was test driving the Dodge Charger they got me approved. I walked back in and started the paper work. Extended warranty and even gap insurance and my price was reasonable considering many factors. I appreciate this place. Because they could’ve turned me around like many others and they didn’t. I would definitely recommend this place.
