I purchased my first vehicle here and I couldn’t be happier. I went on my own at the age of 18 and I have never met more devoted and caring staff. The owner did everything he could to get me my dream car, even with me having absolutely not credit whatsoever, I drive off in my dream car and have had absolutely no issues. Customer service is great too, I was driving down Rt 4 and an 18 wheeler lost a few pebbles that seriously damaged my windshield, I gave the dealership a call because I had NO IDEA who to call and the manager Will got me in touch with a replacement company. Absolutely amazing, couldn’t recommend this place more !

This place gave us nothing but trouble. The vehicles were in poor condition and looked like at least two of the cars had someone set a fire inside of them. The guy that took care of us was very unprofessional and failed to return my ID so we forgot it. And then they gave us trouble giving it back when we came for it. This place is terrible

We had nothing but great service here. The sales lady we had and I am sorry I forgot her name. She was new and still in training but she was awesome to work with and Will went above and beyond to make sure we got in something we wanted. Will definitely recommend to all family and friends who are in the market for a vehicle.

Horrible! Do not waste your time buying a vehicle from them. I purchased as is 13 Jetta GLI. When I first purchased the car from Will I was told that it was the Autobaun trim which I now found out that it is just the regular GLI. Purchased the car on 11/25 and one week later I find out that the heat does not work. I called Will and he told me to bring the car in so they can look at it and fix it. So I drive 2 hours and get there to find out that they would have to order a heater core for the car and I would have to bring it back. So 1 week later I had to call them a see if the part was in and scheduled a day to get the car fixed. So I drive 2 hours again and they install the heater core and the heat starts working. 2 weeks later the car does not even start. I call Will and he said that he would text his mechanic and that he would call me about the car not starting. I wait a week and of course no response from Will. SO I had to take the car to my local VW dealership and pay $300 to fix the car issue. Then 1 week later the heat stops working again and now there is coolant leaking into the car from where the heater core was installed. Well I can see that the core was installed incorrectly because it does not exactly fit into the spot where the core goes and several blots were not re attached to hold the core in. So I do not know where they got the core from or even know if its a new heater core to begin with. So on 1/12 I inquire about my tags because I purchased my wife car from a certified dealership 2 weeks ago and her tags are already in. The lady that answered the phone told me that my file was updated on 1/10 about my tags but did not know what it was and that it is a problem with the mva, which is not true because I already have my wife tags so the mva is not the problem its Route 5 that dropped the ball again. So I asked what do I can do when the paper tags expire she said should have to talk to the lady that deals with the tags which wont be until Friday. She said maybe they can give me another paper tag, well I am not driving another 2 hours to get another paper tag for a broken car that I can not even drive. Also need to mention the vehicle is only worth $5K and Paid $10,000. Huge mistake. They are a waste a time they just buy cars from auction and put them on the lot to sale . So now I am stuck with paying for a lemon and wasting my money. Buyer be ware! If you want a reliable car and good customer service go to a certified dealership not Route 5 Auto.

The people there helped me figure everything out. They were nice and calm. They didn’t pressure anything and made sure I was getting what I wanted. They had great service from the time I walked in to the time I walked out with the keys in hand
