Bought my car here. Experience was ok. However, service here needs improvement. There is no shuttle service even if the website says it has. Waiting area is not sanitary. Furniture is not wiped down or cleaned after multiple uses. Waited over 2 hours for an oil change because of constantly short staff. The wait would not be so bad if there was shuttle services. Car wash and cleaned after the service is better done by my teenage kid. Not vacuumed. Car wash was not thorough. Was going to give 1 star. But the Service Rep Clyde.was good and efficient despite being extremely busy.

Average. My appointment was at 12. I only went to get an oil change. It took them 3hrs to complete

This review is for the service department. Brought my car in on Friday afternoon at 1:50pm and had to asked them at 4pm if my car is as ready. All I had was a regular oil change and tire rotation. To make matters worst they didn't even wash my car. For $93 am better off going to Jiffy lube and then getting a carwash afterwards and have better quality service.
