My parents went to Waldorf Auto Outlet to purchase a Mercedes. The sales people were friendly, but something wasn't exactly right about them. The one thing that they never did was show us the carfax on the car, which is important when buying a used car, especially a used Mercedes. They constantly asked the sales people about the carfax, but constantly told them that they were going to get it, but never did. It was not until two years later that when we went to trade in the car, the car had a bad carfax since it was in an accident that we had no idea about and it significantly reduced the value of the car.
