Great experience with our purchase today. We did not expect to drive away in a vehicle today but Ronnie and his team made it happen. The vehicle we purchased has just a few things we requested to get checked on (interior light and chip in windshield) and they are going above and beyond to look at them and repair them. My wife and I recently purchased an SUV from Ronnie any La Plata Ford. We spent the day before driving around looking at vehicles and had no luck. Ronnie listened to what i wanted in a vehicle and did his best to make me happy. Many places we visited would show us what they wanted without listening to what we wanted. Ever employee we interacted with made us feel like a valued customer and added a personal touch to our vehicle shopping experience. I just purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer. The sales manager, Ronnie Miller, was awesome to work with. From the first time we met with Ronnie, it was clear he was knowledgeable and customer focused. He went out of his way to have the vehicle we were looking at transferred from another dealership to La Plata Ford. Even though they are normally closed on Sunday's, they opened to ensure we could see the Explorer. After thinking about the quality and pricing, we purchased the vehicle. Once we signed the paperwork, the rest of the process was extremely pleasant and the staff was professional and had outstanding customer service. I talked with Dawn Long who explained multiple options in easy to understand language and was super helpful in answering questions. Then we moved over to finance where we worked with Amy Lowe on title, tags, and completing all the necessary forms. Amy was able to answer our questions and used new technologies to process our forms. Amy was great to work with in the finance department. Other employees, like Henry Greene, was helpful and friendly and provided us history and knowledge of Ford. Then, just when we thought we were ready to leave, Chuck came along and walked out with us to explain how to use all the features of our Explorer. The customer service, team work, and the way our entire process was handled was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Quickest car transaction I've ever been a part of! They had us in and out and we feel very confident we paid a fair price for our new truck. Everybody there seemed like they were involved in the process in making things go quick and smooth. Will definitely recommend and buy from them again.
