Excellent buying experience. After putting in an inquiry overnight Chelsea contacted me immediately the next morning and quickly had numbers ready an appointment set for us. Noel was our salesman when we arrived and got all of our paperwork done while we were on a test drive. Having Chelsea quickly getting accurate numbers for a truck allowed us to cancel another appointment and get the truck we really wanted. I'll be happy to drive up again and buy another truck.

I made appointment to program a duplicate key for my newly acquired 2020 Laramie. The dealership service manager (Dom) was ready for me at the appointed time. He estimated the time required and explained the programming files are downloaded from the internet and the files were huge. He offered their hospitality lounge while I waited. True to his time estimate, my duplicate key was ready. I was impressed with Dom's knowledge of the job and his professionalism in conducing business. Thanks again!

My issue with my Charger was quickly diagnosed. The needed part was on back order, but I was kept in the loop by my Service Advisor during the entire process. He worked with my extended warranty service and notified me when the part arrived. The repair was completed in a day. My vehicle was vacuumed and nicely washed upon pickup. I was pleased with the service provided.

We recently purchased another car with Waldorf Dodge this will be our fourth purchase with this dealership. We are extremely happy with the service we received. The sales team is the best and worked very hard getting us the lowest interest rate possible. The Service team is excellent we’ve had cars in for normal servicing and have always been pleased with their professionalism and care for our vehicles and us. I went to this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and the results was outstanding! I received great customer service provided by my car salesman Mr Noel Butler, all the way up to the GM. Everyone was friendly and courteous! They even went above and beyond in delivering me my brand new (sexy) vehicle to my home.
