Aquia Pines Camp Resort

Stayed here for 7 months with my gf and had a great experience. Everett was very friendly and accommodating during our stay and the location was good. Close to town and less than an hour from D.C. Highly recommend for traveling nurses.

My husband and I stayed here for 15 weeks starting in January 2020. We are travel nurses and commuted to Georgetown in DC. While the commute was far, we loved Aqua Pines. It’s so close to everything in Stafford and the interstate so it’s extremely convenient while also feeling like you’re far away in the woods. It’s so quiet, clean, and great laundry facility! Everett and Ryan are great business owners and such nice people! We will be back if we are ever in the area again!!

Excellent location and service is great. Water smells like poo and very expensive. Price is average for this location its just higher then a weekend trip place.

We stayed at Aquia Pines Camp Resort for 5 months in 2020. The resort has a beautiful wooded area where each campsite is clean and cozy. They have a huge swimming pool and play area, and brew their own beer. Beautiful setting right off the highway, close to gas and shopping.

Sorry for the 2 star rating, the lowest in my RV park rating experience.nnThe wifi are very unstable or sometime not exists. Sites are very small and not very lovely. Highway nearby and very noisy.nnStaffs are very nice.
