I am very surprised to read the negative reviews, and am sorry paying customers have such bad experiences. I have been going here for about 8 years or more, and have never had a bad experience (not discounting other's experiences). The family have always been more than friendly/cordial, and they remember me even though many months may pass between my visits. They are meticulous about cleaning the shop, and the food is made to order. I sometimes wonder how they do it with often just the man and woman there. Years ago there was a young female, and then another male (he was back when I recently visited). Overall, one of my favorite go-to spots for carry-out in Waldorf.

Today i had a bad experience. I go to this location often. Should be recognized as a regular customer. Today i ordered by phone. When i got there the order was incorrect. No issue for me. I just let the gentleman know it was incorrect and wanted it done correctly. I am a paying customer. He wanted to argue. No you odered and so on. Mind you all i wanted was the correct oder. So me trying to explain that to him. He raises his voice and tells me to leave. His regular customer who's never given an issue. He cant fix the mistake and satisfy the customer. He has to be right first. Then the women comes out and tells me i made the mistake not them. Which is so unprofessional. But me being the person i am. Says okay i may have misunderstood. Either way i just wanted my meal corrected no matter the price difference. To me the mistake wasnt the issue correcting and satisfying the customer was. If you cant deal with your customers on a professional level when a mistake is made you shouldn't be in business. He was rude without reason.nVery dissatisfied customer.

The husband owner of You C Carry Out is thenmost rude person in the world. He should notnbe behind the counter of any restaurant. Hendoes not know how to talk to customers I betnhe would not like to be treated the way he treats customer. I think people need to spendnthere money at another carry out.
