My hamburger was raw in the middle but the manager said I could come get my money back or another meal

I would have rated a minus 5. This place is chaotic and the manager should be replaced. He is rude and unprofessional. The staff isn't properly trained. I used to make a U turn to patronize this McDonald's, I won't be any more. The few customers who come inside are made to wait as drive thru customer orders are first priority. After waiting 8 minutes for my order I asked to speak to the manager as I wanted a refund. The manager refused to come over when I asked to speak to him. Therefore, this McDonald's will no longer receive my money.

The McDonald's on 301 in Waldorf they were out of the toys for the happy meals. The soda was nothing but the fountain water so I went back Thur the line explaining what was wrong he gave me the something again. I ended up getting a tea instead.

Went through the drive thru. They had an employee outside taking orders so it would be faster. Food was done fast and good.

They forgot my sweet and sour sauce. That's like the end of the world to a 5 year old.
