Dunkin'

I am writing this with absolute disappointment and disgust with the quality and lack of care the employees at the Waldorf location has provided. I am beyond words that I could find this huge piece of plastic in my drink.nnWhoever put this in my drink should be held accountable at the highest level possible. While I would never wish anyone to be without job over this, they need to know that this is completely unacceptable. I am afraid to ever order again. What will I find next?nnI didn’t even have the chance to go back to the store because I had things to do but that may have been a good thing I didn’t go back and find the person who did this. I am not confident I would have been able to keep my cool.nnThis store needs to do better

Unlike every other Dunkin that I’ve been to in this area which has been about four this is the only location that actually makes my food correctly and puts the cinnamon sugar on top of the drink like it says on the menu. Their employees are always polite and say thank you and you’re welcome unlike some of the other rude people I’ve encountered.

They are very nice and they all have a variety of different Donuts. And sandwiches for breakfast. I like coming here they're very nice. Thank you.2/6/2021.

I ordered hot coffee. It came in the hot cup but was cold and tasted old. I’m unsure if it was old coffee but it was not fresh nor hot. Was not what I ordered.

This donut shop fell short of five stars only as a result of it's frequent lack of variety. Nonetheless, their donuts are usually fresh and service satisfactory. Despite Dunkin's overall decline in selection, if you are a fan of their donuts, then this location should not disappoint.
