My Tax preparation experience at this office has ALWAYS been exceptional. I typically have two tax preparers at this office who normally prepare my taxes. But this year both of them (Zee and Chen) were unavailable. So I decided to try Agnes. Agnes also was outstanding. What I really like about them is that EACH of them take the time to explain in full every aspect of my tax return line by line. Oftentimes showing me exactly certain tax laws in accordance with various tax Publications and the Tax Guide.

My husband and attempted to do our taxes with H&R Block and it was a failed. We decided to take our business else where. Made an appointment with Jackson Hewitt, we walked in, and got welcomed in. Lawrence helped us and he did amazing job. He answered all of our questions and concerns we had. Very knowledgeable.

This was my first time filing with a professional tax company primarily so I could make sure that I was going to get my Stimulus Checks. After the tax knowledge that I gained from this first experience, it will not be my last. My tax lady, Zee, gave me a lot of good tax information at the same time she was VERY PLEASANT. I will be back here next year.

With so many different things going on this tax year (stimulus payments, rebate payments, unemployment payments) I was getting agitated about filing this year. But Lawrence put my worries at ease as he was very helpful and completed my tax return with no difficulty because he was aware of all the tax laws. Thanks Lawrence I will be back next year!
