Great Service and Very Friendly. Extremely Clean and they had our unit waiting for us with a welcome kit and the lock we wanted to purchase sitting in our unit when we arrived. And she even called us the morning we were coming to get us all signed up on the phone so it was great. I definitely recommend this place in Zachary.
Very clean facility and Christy is always super friendly in customer service. I rented 3 climate controlled units for 6 months and my stuff came out in the same shape it went in, even after 3 hurricanes in the area during that time. I was very pleased with this CubeSmart.
She answered all my questions! She also let me know that the unit I was planning on renting was actually bigger than I needed, I was able to downsize by two levels. I haven't used the storage until today so other than that the experience was quick and easy!
Customer service was great, would definitely refer this company to others. Christy is friendly and very professional. She answered all of my questions.
