Nice place to stay in St Francisville. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Outside seating area with fire pits is nice addition. I didn't get a chance to visit the cafe or coffee shop.
Wonderful, quaint little cabins set in a bohemian atmosphere of coffee/art house, antique shops, restaurants with live music occasionally. The most friendly people here!
Quaint cabins that are nicely done. If I would be in the area again. I'd stay there again.
The cabins are beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay but we were not happy being awakened by lawnmowers and weed eaters at your window at 6:45 in the morning on sunday! Planned on sleeping in a little later since we had a long day on Saturday touring the plantations and all the shops in St. Francisville. If you know you have guest, please don't mow during these hours on a sunday, not professional.
Found this little gem on Airbnb. The cabins were built in 1938 and given that fact we knew what to expect and were still impressed for our overnight get away. The queen bed was perfect for the size of the cabin for the two of us. Keep in mind there is no central heat/air in these, window unit AC and space heaters which worked fine for our stay. The Magnolia across the lot was perfect for diner.nSome cons were the gravel parking lot, for some reason people were driving through it all night and kept waking us up. When we went to bed the carport next to our cabin had a table and chairs, when we woke up to sit out there the chairs were gone.nOverall we loved the stay and will be making a trip back with friends and possibly our car club.
