Great place to stay. Rooms are always clean. Staff is very friendly. Love this place.
Nice clean hotel. Great for a place to stop and rest after site seeing. Breakfast bar is terrible. Covid has restricted the food service to cereal and pastry.nA good Breakfast at the Birdcage in town.
Best Western has been my favorite weekly travel hotel for the past 10 years. Consistent in service, cleanliness, price andlocation. And once the COVID is gone, The BEST BREAKFAST around..nnThanks the The Very Best Western..nnJIM
Was charged for my full stay before I stepped foot off the plane. Front desk attendant tried to pick a fight and make fun of me when I said I felt more comfortable just holding up my ID and debit card for them to read during Covid. Got into my room and my bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and the previous guests’ shampoo and soap was still in there. They never cleaned my room during my stay. Spoke to the manger and was originally refunded and given a receipt. Then recharged by the front desk attendant I had a dispute with (that employee actually emailed me from their personal email account which I still have on record). Was then told by Best Western they couldn’t do anything because management changed after my stay even though I had a receipt. Stay away from Rick Patel and this establishment.
BED BUGS!!!! I Stayed at this hotel last month for business. The sheets are very thin and had thread balls all over them. Very irritating to my skin. Also, I thought at that time that something was biting me. I stayed here again this month. Staying in the area each month on business. I brought my own sheets. Much better, however, when I removed my sheets in the morning I found a bug on the mattress pad. took a picture of the bug, but I had a feeling I already knew what it was! I googled bed bugs and ugggggh!!!!I Won’t be staying here any more.
