Love the meats and the spicy hogs head cheese is the best! I really don't care for hogs head cheese that is too gelatinous.. this is downright MEATY and full of flavor! The only downside, it spoils quickly, but I buy in smaller batches and freeze them and trust me, once it's opened, it barely makes it past a few days... Yummy ud83dude0b

Ronnies a local home grown eat in and take out local cajun eatery that offers some excellent boudin, crackling and Louisiana style sandwiches

Mighty fine stuffed boudin balls. Great hot sausage dressed poboy. Well worth the visit.
