On December 29, 2019 I was on a road trip from Oregon to Colorado when in Spanish Fork just before heading up and into the mountain pass via Rt 6, I heard a noise from my tires. Pulling into a shopping center to inspect, I found that 3 of 5 of my lug bolts had sheared on my 2004 Sprinter. Obviously a dire situation 800 mi from home on a Sunday afternoon before a major holiday!! I tried a few places in the area, but they were closed. Finally, Mike from Cowboy's Roadside Service answered and came out to repair my van. Cleaning out the old bolts turned out to be fairly difficult, so I rented a car and continued. Mike took care of having the van towed to his shop, where I would pick it up, repaired, about 1 week later on my way home. Mike pretty much saved my van and holiday plans from utter disaster. Mike was very communicative, competent, and helpful in all my interactions with him. When I picked up my van, Mike had done everything well, and even attended to small details just as if I had done it myself (like many Sprinter owners, I do my own service when possible). The cost of service was fair, and I was happy to pay it to an honest and hardworking man like Mike.

My friends and I were a far way from home in Pennsylvania when just before entering the desert we had a misfire that required the replacement of several spark plugs and a coil pack. After calling every local mechanic who was still open after 5pm on a Saturday, Cowboy's was the only place to call me back. The owner arrived promptly and not only fixed the original issue, but also addressed several others that could have caused issue later in our trip. The work was done well, and was accompanied by a wonderful conversation with wisdom far beyond his years. After all of this ordeal, the owner even offered me a discounted price, further making an extraordinary experience. If I were to reccomend any mechanic in the area, it would be here. If you were questioning whether or not to utilize this service I would not hesitate!

On our road trip from Idaho to California our brake line leaked. Cowboys Roadside fixed it & got us back on the road. Justin arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem, had a custom part made & repaired everything quickly & professionally. Would strongly recommend!!!

My husband and I where driving from Oregon to Texas in our Moterhome, when we had a blowout that took out our haust, this happened on the 4th of July, we got the spare on and then called the only place we could find open on a holiday weekend, morning. Mike directed us to his shop and had us back on the road in less then an hour and for under $100.00!!!!! He is a fair, honest and I recommend him to anyone with car troubles, he sure did an outstanding job!!!!
