Never will go back. I placed a pick up because you dont get your delivery until the following day here. Walk in 3 or 4 people staring at me saying nothing I guess they was hoping I'll turn around and leave. Finally guy came took my money didn't say anything. After 10 mins I asked if my order ready . He said almost. Well another 20 mins I finally get my pizza. Again said nothing just hands me the pizza box. I feel like I got ripped off giving them my money and in return they let me know they didn't want me here

Came quick and fast no problem with the delivery service at all. This was early in the day so maybe the night staff is different.

Placed an order online saturday at this pizzahut, went to cancel the order less than 5 minutes later, took me over an hour to try and reach the store to cancel it since only a manager can cancel orders, called the store 14 times in an hour to cancel it and still no one answered the phone.nHad to drive to the store and get the order cancelled and have yet to be refunded.nI was told this is a franchise store which now makes sense seeing as they don't care about the customers there.

Not being aware of the new policy with hospitals after 8:30 p.m. I placed an order online at this location gave my number, Which had to be edited several times. After the order was placed I received a confirmation and tracking for my order. An hour and a half later I called the location to ask whats taking so long to get my food. The manager stated the policy of hospital runs are excluded after 830pm and the number they dialed wasn't received. ud83eudd14ud83eudd14 so if I'm able to get a confirmation via text and tracking via text and then you tell me that you couldn't get ahold of me???? Did you really contact me? Poor advertising skills because no where on the website does it state hospitals are excluded during certain hours. And number two, if you're claiming you called me, why did I get confirmation that my order was made and coming to me??? Exactly
