Generally good. It can be a bit hit or miss quality-wise, so I recommend always checking your order before you leave.nnI'd give it 4 stars if the employees consistently wore their masks right.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the managers handling of the situation. I placed my order through the app at 4:37 p.m.. it said my order would be ready for pickup and approximately 15 minutes. At 5:10 my order still was not ready so I asked the cashier to please check on it. I was told it will be less than 1 minute they were just waiting on my chicken wings. At 5:30 my order was ready. when I opened the pizzas to check on their quality I think my pizzas had been ready since 5:00. The cancer told me the pizzas had only been up there for probably 8 minutes which could not be the case. I then asked to speak with the manager to get a refund. I think his name was Dwayne. He was very apologetic and did not have an explanation on as to why my order had taken so long. He promptly refunded me my $25 and gave me my meal for free. I will only be back to this location because of that manager.
When you say they're pretty good I got some bread sticks that seemed like they were the day before us breadsticks but other than that they're pretty good bunch of younger adult work there
Super pleased! We ordered 12 pizzas as they opened on a Sunday. They were done ten minutes early, gave us EXCELLENT customer service. The pizzas tasted terrific and let’s be real here... they are inexpensive. I could not be happier with this Little Caesars and Ritchy!!
Love it when the kids have company. Inexpensive and good.
