Dan Miranda from this firm has allowed his client to post legal threats (with his name attached) to me via private messages on NextDoor as well as a cease and desist letter (with his name attached) publicly posted three times on NextDoor. The legal threats were regarding a negative review I posted about my experience at his client's business. I find this extremely unprofessional for a lawyer. I received a formal cease and desist letter in the mail from Dan on the firms letterhead and the entire letter was one single paragraph and very poorly written. If I were paying for his legal service I would be horrified as their client. If he worked for my firm, I would be equally as horrified.
