We were staying at a hotel, they were there in about 20-30 minutes and had my husband back in his truck in just a few minutes. Very friendly and professional- great value! Would definitely recommend this business!
It states in the website they are 24/7 365 days. I called them after waiting on my bf’s car insurance company to send someone out for over 4 hours. We called twice to make sure that the message we were hearing was correct. They are not 24/7 they close at 10 pm. Their add is misleading.
Locked myself out of my car (and apartment, by extension) because I’m super smart. It took a bit longer than the thirty minute time I was quoted, but not by much so it wasn’t a huge deal; traffic happens and I’m a bit out of the way. Took less than a minute once he was here to get everything taken care of, payment and all, and he was super nice. Very much a good choice and, considering how absentminded I am, I’m saving the number, haha.
They came in 30 minutes!!! As he said. Unfortunately I didn't need them. I still give them 5 stars.
Called to get my car unlocked they said 45 minutes which turned into a hour + wait. No one from the company reached out to let me know what was going on bad communication
