Very pleased with the service I received! I placed my order on Wednesday evening & had my new transponder keys by Friday afternoon. Email support was fantastic as well as customer service calling to make sure we had the right blank as my car had 2 types in the 2007 production year. Andi was prompt, professional and explained the issue with my broken fob with keyless entry. He cut my 2 new keys from my broken fob key & programmed them in under 20 minutes. Now my car alarm doesn't go off anymore when I start my car lol. I will be doing business again with this company. Thank you!!
Hugeeee scam. Claimed to have “shipped” my key A week ago and it’s just showing they printed a label only. Don’t understand what’s so hard about giving someone a product that they paid for. $132 down the drain. The phone system is horrid. Nobody EVER answers. Will be informing the dealership that recommend us about this one.
BUYER BEWARE. Ordered two OEM Honda key fobs from them and received ONE aftermarket knockoff in the mail. Attempted to contact by phone and email with no luck. Was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up, no response from their webform.
