Ross Downing Cadillac of Hammond is the best. I drive the extra distance, bypassing Cadillac of New Orleans for purchase and for service. The all around experience is just that much better--for three autos now.

The absolute Worst dealership ever I brought my wife car to be checked only to find first problem was the battery OK that's 276.56 for a battery and installation OK so did you checked anything else? (ross)no because first we need you to agree to pay for the battery OK A dealership you don't have a tester battery to see what's wrong with the car? (Ross)nonDo you think I believe you? (Ross) no we don'tnmake a long story short the worst dealership in the no service department ever the absolute worst on the North shore simple.
