Fair prices, very friendly service Staff. I will be coming back in the Future. Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly . The same day had my friend answered the phone. Oh well look forward to getting my AC working next . Hopefully next month.

I first want to address the cases of mistaken identity. I read the reviews when I saw ratings of less than 4 or 5 stars. But, after checking I see that reviewers mistakenly put negative reviews for Supreme Toyota here. THIS IS NOT SUPREME TOYOTA!!! This is SUPREME AUTOMOTIVE.nSupreme Automotive is an excellent MECHANIC SHOP located on North Cherry St. Ext. I have brought my vehicles to Tommy for several years. He accurately diagnoses my problem, fixes it promptly, and is VERY reasonably priced.nI highly recommend Supreme Automotive (N. Cherry St Ext) for your car repair needs. I hope this clears up the negatives found in these reviews.

Great place

I purchased my 2014 1/2 Toyota Camry from Supreme in August of 2014. The finance department told me they were setting the payments for 72 months. When I went to sign the contract, they had it 75 months. I refused to purchase the car and went home. The salesperson called and said they had revised the payments if I could come back that evening and purchase it. I returned to the dealership to buy the car. I signed the paperwork after being assured the payments were correct. I brought the car home. I noticed the next day that they had added an extra $295.00 charge for a Duplicate Key.nnThe salesperson never offered to help me after the initial visit. I was always transferred to another employee.nnI was told when I purchased the car I would receive 2 complimentary oil changes. One at 10,000 miles and another at 20,000. I contacted the dealership this past July when my car reached 20,000 miles. I was told the warranty was for 2 years or 20.000 miles. Then the following week I received a coupon for a $19.99 oil change. I called to schedule an appointment. I went and the service guy told me he couldn't accept my coupon because it was for a 2005-2010 vehicle. Then why send me the coupon in the mail.nnAlso, last week another salesperson called and stated she had a special offer for me on a new car. I told her no way. I would never purchase another car from this dealership. I will be buying another new vehicle in the near future. But it won't be from Supreme Toyota in Hammond, La.
