They sell Chevy's so.... they gotta be good.
I contacted this dealership on a Tuesday in regards to one of their vehicles listed for sale. We exchanged messages through Friday about the price, additional pictures and some videos of the engine running. On Friday I spoke with the salesmen one more time to be sure the truck was still available before i made a hour and a half drive to purchase the truck. He stated the truck was still available and informed him i was going to finalize everything up with the bank. Once I was approved from the bank the salesman sent me a message stating the truck needed some work and the repairs would bring the price up an additional $1500. I would give zero stars but that is not an option.
I used to like this dealership. This place has went down considerably as a customer sitting in waiting area for two hours and(Frank Miller) the service guy lacking in communication need to be retrained or demoted. The facts are Onstar made an appointment on Friday for Monday. It's now 2:52pm he just pulled my car to the back! I'm so sick of these businesses that take good customers for granted. This place has gone way down I wished I could rate them -0! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE

Yep we bought a vehicle here today for my daughter. We had been looking for three weeks. The sails folk and the general manager and the finance people are great. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is, they didn't have the car ready when we got there. We had already made a deposit and were going back to do the financing and sign the paperwork. They knew we were coming and had not detailed the vehicle nor was it sitting out front as expected. After I talked to the used car manager and the general manager I felt much better. I think we got a really good deal at a good price. I would recommend Bill Hood Automotive in Amite.
