Landon and Taylor took great care of us they were really fast and helpful With getting our first time financing a car. Thank you guys so much I love my new Car.
I called and made an appointment to come buy a used vehicle. I drove over an hour to find out when I get there that they sold the vehicle. The salesman told me the manager told him not to call me until the other deal was finalized. Horrible customer service and obviously management will little integrity. I don't like giving bad reviews but this place did horrible.
If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I purchased a vehicle from them only 9 months ago. I work remotely and have barely put any miles on it while taking it in more maintenance earlier than needed. Yesterday the transmission failed. It has to be completely replaced and costing me thousands. BEWARE of buying from this dealership and their affiliates. Not honest about the quality of their vehicles AT ALL. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will be reporting them to the BBB.
Really good once we got started with the transition.
We bought our Mercedes from them last winter and there was some damage they said they'd repair. Even after all the covid shutdowns they honored their promise and totally repaired our vehicle! Thank you Ryan C!
