Great service and quality of product as is expected given the reputation of the company and their brand. I gave it four stars to call to attention the methods by which customers have an opportunity to tip the workers. I don't like to carry cash around (particularly now given the pandemic) and I prefer not to go the mobile order route. I suggest Starbucks finds a way to allow customers to tip the baristas in some type of digital format. Its easier for the customers, cleaner, and more convenient. It may require an investment in human and capital resources but I think it'll be worth it. Just my two cents from a customer's perspective...

Great drinks as usual....employees were very friendly. Its Starbucks so expect to wait for tasty delicious beverage and/or food. Don't be in a hurry or your blood pressure will go through the roof.. .lol

Pleasant staff. Easy to use app. I ordered a Carmel frappe with almond milk and chocolate, but I could not taste the chocolate. It was a little depressing, but it was overall a decent experience.

Worst service ever. I understand it’s the holiday season and Starbucks is busy. In fact I use to work for Starbucks. However there is a certain way to talk to people and get the drinks out in a timely manner. I did not receive my drink for 15 min and people after me who had ordered got there’s before me. I also know some drinks are quicker to make then other. (Again I use to work there) however I know that cold brew comes from a tap and all you have to do is put a lid on it. So when I inquired about my drink the person working the bar was very rude. I will not be going back. I also didn’t catch the guys name bc he wasn’t wearing his name tag that Starbucks requires everyone to wear.
