My Brother and Sister in law reserved two 26 foot movers three weeks ago and they received a confirmation, of Reservation. Upon continuous verifications, the facility gave assurance that the vehicles would be ready. As my brother returned from Hawaii, and arrived to pick up the trucks, he was told that he was supposed to pick up the next day. Upon showing the date of pick up from the confirmation, the representative Rick (Fort Polk Enterance Road) became so nasty and belligerent toward this customer, whom went through the proper rental process as required by this establishment. Minutes later Mr. Rick realized that he was incorrect about his information, but he continued to be very disrespectful towards this Veteran and his wife. Even after realizing that the truck would not be arriving, Mr. Rick continued to show disdain towards this customer. Were hopeful that the owner of this facility will rectify this situation before others like the Thomas, are treated in this manner again. For this story is probably just one of many, but we seek not vengeance but correction, an apology and the equipment from this location that was reserved. We would like to point out that this facility does have other great representatives, however, this gentleman is not one of them. But we do want to wish better days for this representative.

I wish I could give them no stars. We had a reservation with multiple confirmations through both phone and email and when we arrived we were told that the vehicles we had reserved they didn’t have and that there was nothing available within 100 miles. We were told we were out of luck and there was nothing we could do. We were treated so poorly and left hanging when we had deadlines for moving out and reporting to our new home. This caused even more trouble as we are in the Army and it takes a lot of pieces to coordinate a move. We talked with 5 different customer service representatives after waiting on hold for 15-20mins each time and none of them seemed to care. We were even laughed at by one representative. We will never be using U-haul again as it seems that it’s not just this location that doesn’t care about their customers. We have never felt so disrespected and disappointed.

Conveniemt and close to Entrance Rd. gate. Used during PCS move for temporary storage. Would recommend to others.

Told me they didn't have the truck and trailer less then 24hrs before I had to pick it up, had to drive 2 hrs to the nearest location that did have it picked up the trailer with a flat tire that they had no spair to so had to call uhaul roadside which took an hr to get there (tow truck guy was cool though) then when I got to where I was supposed to they didn't put a return location so I had to drive 20miles back to the nearest city that would take it...
