Hemp Hill BBQ generally has good pies. Haven't been. Because we had already started our vaccines and it was a snow day we decided to go.nThe looks we got from everyone inside and rude stares for wearing masks was a tip off to the service we would receive.nWe ordered sandwiches to go. The bbq neat was dry. We paid for a while chess pie. It was scorched. The pie seeped before we even sliced it.ncomments about how Louisiana was in a bigger mess than Louisiana. Nonsense we had come through a few towns and saw how ice and snow fell different in many areas. Hemp Hill was much more dry and sunny than north of the area. Didn't matter what side of the state line.nRude . The sandwiches took awhile too.

Best BBQ ever hands down! Prices are fair and the atmosphere is cozy!

Fast service. Friendly people. BBQ is ok but somewhat overpriced though and has some odd flavor in the bbq sauce kind of like sage. It is worth stopping here though.

It was so good and the people was so nice and friendly I will be going back there that's a 30min drive I don't mind taken
