I have used Dowden & Smith for several different legal situations that I needed assistance with. They have always been amazing from the employees in the front office down to the attorneys. I've used Misty Smith for years. She is considerate, thoughtful and knowledgeable. She knows the law & how to fight for what you want and deserve. If it isn't an area of the law that she doesn't handle, she will find someone who will fight for you.

WANT TO PAY MONEY TO HAVE NOTHING DONE! Hire Misty. She is THE LAZIEST lawyer in the state. I’m sure. Asked for weeks to get pictures of my son, never got them. Tried to contest the divorce, she said she’d drop me, and I’d lose my $5000. Wanted me to settle. Wasn’t on my side once. What a waste of debt. Lastly, I had to find out through my ex , I’ve been officially divorced for two weeks! Thank for nothing!
