Kathy, was very helpful and quick to get respond. I received same day services and the work was completed in under an hour. I really appreciate the quick response time and the professionalism.

Company is not reliable or do they stand by their word. Unit when out, but problem wasn't diagnosed until second call was made. Advised that would return the following day or the next at the latest to make necessary repairs, no show. Advised would return two more times during the week, no show. Advised would return first thing this morning, but now apparently that has changed to one to two hours. Frankly don't expect them to show at all. Rating this company one star, but only because can't rate them less.

VH&C repaired my unit. Kathy is always pleasant, helpful and a joy to work with. I live out of state and I know I’m in good hands when there’s a problem at my property in Vicksburg.

Helpful, thoughtful service.They went above the usual service. We are very satisfied with our new unit, and the improved second unit. Our house is much more comfortable, and quieter as well. I would recommend them.
