Wife took her car to get oil change and tire rotation. When car was dropped of it had one tire that was low on pressure. When she picked it up the tire was still in same location. Meaning tires were not rotated. Service manager was notified of the problem and how it was obvious the tires had not been rotated. Even with the facts he defended the employee who claimed they rotated tires. Saying how he had watched said employee rotate many of tires on other vehicles. If you need service done on your vehicle I would recommend another dealership. No telling how many others have paid for services that were never performed.

Had NO intentions of car shopping. So my daughter and I ended up at Blackburn. A salesman greeted us, how could he help us. We stated that we saw a vehicle on the web. Charles Canda said let him check on it. Turns out the vehicle was still available. We test drove it. I was very pleased with Charles’ knowledge of it. We also test drove a second vehicle, but I knew he had sold me on the 2020 Nissan Rogue, plus my daughter was very pleased. Charles really took care of business for us. We really need more salesmen like him. It was truly a joy to have done business with him. The rest is history. Thanks Blackburn.

Blackburn are very good at changing my oil, rotating the tires, and telling me future service that needs to be done later but not all at once. I like the good service I get from them.

I was extremely pleased with how everything worked out in getting my trade in and new Frontier truck. The salesman Timothy Lawrence was easy to work with, as was the Manager who looked for the truck they did not have in stock. Even the finance person was easy to work with. Best experience of buying a vehicle ever. - Michael
