very beautiful and interestingnpeople was very friendly
felt out of place. They were all very friendly and helpful. A couple of people kept following us though. they kept their eyes on us even when we created distance between us and them. felt weird. But there were no restrictions we could go about as we pleased and they seemed friendly. It showed a very different culture. something different and older. a bit too much of gold but to each their own
It was the first time my husband had ever been here the parade was really nice we loved watching the different dances and the food was really good too. The only problem we had, they need to do something about the yard where they have all the booths setup. It was so muddy and sloppy you could barely walk to look at everything unless you had rubber boots on.
I thought monks were supposed to live in peace. We have to deal with loud music coming from the temple all the time. What about my peace. I can't even watch TV with all the BOOM BOOM.
Love everything about this temple. From the beauty to the warm welcoming hearts of the community that binds it together. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
