I rented a parking space for my boat on 9/3/20. I went on 9/4/20 to park my boat, the gate code provided to me worked with no problem. I drove to the back lot and came across a double gate with a chain and padlock. I called to ask what the padlock combination was and no one could answer my question. After 45 minutes on the phone I made them cancel the account.
After the change of owners ship this place went down quick. They don’t have anyone on site, the code doors don’t lock, the ac went out in our unit (hope No body had anything temperature sensitive) and they seem to not even know how to take a payment but will threaten to auction my stuff, also good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Wish I could give negative stars here, they deserve it
Place is a joke. Within minutes Of paying for a unit I was able to see how pathetic this facility is. Gates don’t work. Doors don’t lock. No lights anywhere. The numbers are barely legible in sharpie above the doors. I immediately requested a refund and call every week and complain along with reporting them to the BBB. That has been going on since October. Almost 4 months. Same bs excuse every week. No refund anywhere in sight. Legal action has been taken but doubt it will Change anything. Don’t give these people a penny.
Clean, great climate control , reliable instruction for acess. Great staff
Keypads to get in are never working. Missed out on two sales this week from out of towners who drove two hours to purchase out of my unit. Do not recommend at all. Don’t answer voicemails or emails either. But they do pull their money out of my account every month.
