Arranging the appointment was easy and they came out the next day. Kevin fixed one lock, installed another lock and copied some keys. He was pleasant and everything works perfectly. I thought the cost was very reasonable.
I called shortly prior to 9:00 am.spoke to male to get a price on getting a key cut and programmed. I was told 15.00 to cut 65.00 to program total right at 100.00. I drove almost an hour and upon arrival was told was 65.00 tonProgram and 55.00 to cut, I informed him of what I was told and the owner and one manager stated basically too bad they have some new guys and I needed to excuse them for giving menAn incorrect total. Excuse them—-no train them, stick to the quote I was given no they basically said o well pay the 120.00 plus tax or too bad again he said was the new guys. My issue is the professionalism is null and apparently the training is minimal as is the professionalism at this place. I will NEVER USE THEM beware of this place and what your toldnOn the phone. Thank God fornPop a lock they were true to the quote I had to wait but were professional and prompt and stuck to quote I was provided. These idiots at Acadiana lock made me drive an hour. USE POP A LOCK.
By far the best service in town when it comes to a locksmith. I am a return customer and plan to stay I highly recommend Lafayette locksmith.
The only place I would have my keys duplicated fantastic customer service friendly employees always polite fast service
First, I spoke to an actual human when I called! Secondly, they went out and unlocked my doors quickly on the same day I called them. Great service!
