I would like to give a big shout-out to Andrew for doing an exceptional job in repairing my leaky faucet. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he was easy to talk to and it felt like I have been knowing him all my life; although, this was my first time meeting him. Thanks to Andrew’s character and his honesty, I will be using Pipes and Plugs and recommending them to all of my family and friends. I was beyond impressed with this Pipes and plugs. I had a very complicated problem with the pipe in my toilet. They had to dig until they reached the footing to replace and repair the pipe. They were professional yet at the same time personable.nThey educated me on everything that would need to be done and gave me a price before they started the job. I think that their price was fair for the amount of work they had to do.nStephen also fixed a issue with my tub. I had been told it would be a very expensive fix, as it turns out it was only a kinked hose.nI highly recommend Pipes and Plugs for all your plumbing or electrical needs.nBefore they left they completely cleaned the area they worked in. Nathan and Blake came out to fix a broken water pipe after a freeze. I scheduled for a same day service and they were able to take my appointment 2 hours earlier which was fantastic. They were extremely fast, professional and friendly. Fixed my pipe in under 10 minutes, explained throughly of how and what they replaced. As a first time customer they also let me know that they offer other services such as electrical. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future for any other repairs or replacements I may need.

We love Stephen at Pipes and Plugs!! He is who we always call when we have a plumbing issue! He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and always personable. 10/10 would recommend pipes and plugs to anyone. We have always had a great experience!
