Waited 15 minutes, asking various employees we had to track down in other departments for help with doors. Even tried calling the store but 20 minutes on hold and no one answered. When someone finally showed up we were told nope. We don't have it. Now we know u can custom order doors but that wasn't even presented as an option. So we left. We will find another store that wants our business.

It was good experience but always seems when you need to find someone to ask a question they are difficult to track down. Still got some good employees that remember you from months previous so that was awesome.

Me and my wife have been to all of the Lowe’s locally from Lafayette, abbeville, new iberia, etc and I can honestly say this Lowe’s KILLS IT every single time. The associates are helpful and jolly and interactive! Definitely a top rated store in our book! Very professional!nnNow moving on to a recent experience! Me and my wife purchased a new home with some property and it had zero appliances. I came to Lowe’s with very specific requests and was greeted by Dawn in the appliance department! Dawn was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! I am a person that is about business and getting the job done! Cut straight to the chase let’s get it done without procrastinating! Dawn was exactly that! The minute I started telling her my requests and my situation and that I was ready to buy ALL appliances to outfit my entire home, she already had her notepad out and was very attentive! Totally please me! She then brought me to her workstation and started pecking away. Two gentlemen approached and she gave them very specific instructions on what to do and how to do it. Boom bam! Rest was history! I had a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, ALL CONNECTIONS, ALL WIRING, ALL HOSES, ALL ADAPTERS.... EVERYTHING! Dawn was on top of it all from the start! I cannot thank Lowe’s of New Iberia enough and certainly will never be able to repay Dawn back for her extreme ability to get everything done so quick and concise in such a short amount of time! Bless this store and DAWN! This woman deserves the world! If you are interested in ANYTHING appliance, go her and ask for Dawn!!!!

Associates are friendly and helpful, pretty easy to find what you're looking for on your own to though. Place was clean and pretty well organized.
