Whenever the cashier Diamond (Got the name from the receipt) is working, she’s never at the checkout. Literally, have waited five to ten minutes for her to come out on about five different occasions. If anyone else is working, they’re at the front. If she’s on, no one is there. I feel bad directly calling someone out. However, the amount of times it’s been her is absurd. Don’t know if someone will see this. Just thought I’d let you all know.

I scheduled a covid test a day before only to arrive and be told that the people that do the testing are out sick because they contracted covid. The man said they tried to call people the night before but why not also call the day of? I didn’t receive a call. My appointment was for 3pm...I had to schedule my day around this. I understand the situation but please improve communication!

One of the girls in the pharmacy is consistently rude, inconsiderate, and negligent. I avoid getting my prescription (that I need) if she is working. Today, she yelled at me even though she messed up my insurance (again) and then the nice male pharmacist fixed it and I paid zero dollars rather than $312. She needs to be fired. I’m certain these other reviews about a rude pharmacy worker or about her as well.

Though I’ve received prescriptions at my home countless times, they randomly sent a three months supply to a seven year old address. At first they insisted I came in and picked it up until I made them check the security footage. Then the woman at the counter was horribly rude and told me if I wanted it I could go to the address they sent it to and ask the resident. Not did they send my medication and personal information to a stranger, but told me to go introduce myself to get it back!? I guess they haven’t heard of HIPAA.

Rude, slow service, and once the pharmacy tech told me she “didn’t have time to deal with this” over an insurance mistake SHE made. My insurance company ended up having to call her and explain why she was wrong. They don’t care about their customers at all.
