The largest telescope in the State of Louisiana, Highland Road Park Observatory offers an excellent place to learn about the cosmos! They are great with kids and love sharing their love of Astronomy with others.
We love this park, friendly smiling people, always clean and kept up and pet friendly.
Really nice park lot's to explore I'm eager to get my family together for a day at the observatory this weekend.
It was really fun and the people there where helpful. The trails where fun to.
Went there on a field trip. There is one Scientist, who is great with kids and explains astronomy in a fun way. The rest of them have very little patience with children.
