Looks like they are under new management. I’ve had several complaints over past years but it seems like they are making some improvements.
I give this business a five only because I know the neighborhood and the type of stuff they have to deal with so it's okay to get crusty. But besides that the prices are cheap and affordable and if you ever need a truck (you can)t just walk in. No very professional you have to call and make a reservation.
We rented a storage room and u- haul truck from Southland storage, it was the easiest and smooth transaction we have EVER had!!! I believe it’s Pearl, she is the sweetest person to deal with!!! I will use this place EVERY TIME!!!
