After a frustrating day of dealership hopping and struggling to find the right car, my husband and I went to Ralph Sellers to look at the new Palisade. Hailey was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and treated us like old friends. Despite the process keeping us there past closing time, Hailey stuck it out with us and did so with a smile! We are so happy with our new vehicle and couldn’t have asked for a better place to buy it from.
Liz and the service team at Ralph Sellers were great. They were proactively communicative about progress on my vehicle's repairs and didn't push on unnecessary upgrades; Liz even helped me find a coupon to make these unexpected repairs more affordable. Fast, honest, and kind. Definitely recommend.

Probably the best experience I have ever had negotiating for a new car. Was looking for my parents and Cody and Chelsea could not have been more helpful. They worked with us on every aspect of the deal, offered different options and even negotiated getting the car we wanted from another dealership to bring in. It was a fantastic, painless and efficient experience and I would say they have a customer for life in my parents after this. Could not be happier.
It's hard to find professional, honest, fair, and very pleasant automotive service personnel. Liz @ Ralph Sellers is all of those things, after finding myself with a flat tire and bent rim while on vacation, Liz and her team worked hard to make sure that I had all the necessary information and several options with no pressure.
