We had our office Christmas party at Philay's last night, and everything was AMAZING! The food was great, as always, and the service was impeccable! We had a party of 22 and everything was perfect! There were no complaints from any of us. The waitress (I, unfortunately, forgot to get her name) got everything right the first time - not one mistake was made with any drink, appetizer, or entree, which was VERY impressive!! She was very patient, and everything was handled in a timely manner. We never had to wait on anything the whole night! The cooks did an excellent job as well - everything tasted great and was cooked perfectly. The owner even came out to personally check on us and make sure everything was good and that we were taken care of. I can't sing their praises enough, and we will definitely be back, as we have so many times over the past 10 years. Love this place! Pretty decent food, love the chicken sandwich. Definitely need some cheese fries
Used to be a great spot. However the portions have shrank to laughable amounts and the price has went up.nnAlso, outside of their fried food, the quality on a lot of items has also been sub par in the past year or so.
Philay's Catfish..nIt's our new favorite Sea Food Restaurant.nThe Food was delicious and The Service was excellent.
