Urban Air Adventure Park

First time going, must say it is great fun for both children and adults. Certainly not just your typical trampoline & bounce arena. Something for other establishments to mimic. The rope climb is awesome. Not just a mere wall climb, but 4 unique walls to climb, including pillars that add an extra challenge for youths. There is another climb that's even more challenging in my opinion, and is one that I did, timing myself. A zip line is also inside. Several party rooms inside. Now, I did not notice a sufficient number of lockers for use. However, the lockers are not small, and held quite a bit of items. I also think that the bounce area should of had at least 1 big trampoline for bouncing, and not all small individual ones. The borders do restrict some jumping. Still, better arena than others I have been to close by.

The place itself is very nice. Clean, with decent amounts of attractions. A couple of the obstacle courses were obviously not functioning as well as they could given that some kids got stuck trying to get the safety gear to follow them properly but all the safety gear did keep the kids safe, so plus with the minus?nThe climbing walls were varied in type which was nice.nThe food prices are outrageous, so don't eat there if you can help it.nThe prices for the attractions are tiered, and may seem a little steep but they do have an annual payment plan that allows for much better prices per visit if you plan on doing it often enough to make it worth it.

Do not recommend at all. This place was extremely overcrowded. You can buy tickets online but still have to wait in a long check in line when you arrive. Idk how they are even open or are allowed to book the amount of people they do at a time. It takes away from the wholenexperience. Extremely crowded and not very safe for smaller kids at all. The kids were getting ran over a lot. Granted, they did have a fun time jumping but it was a lot of hassle, waiting in lines, and overcrowded. There is also limited parking. People parallel parking in spaces that were open (and didn’t block other cars in) where asked to move their cars to the Bass Pro Parking Lot and walk across the hwy back to Urban Air or else they would be towed. Very unprofessional and dangerous. Their prices are much cheaper than other trampoline parks but the quality of the facility is reflected in the low price. You are better off paying a little more for a nice atmosphere and efficiently ran trampoline park over this place.

It’s definitely not worth the hype. Maybe this place was nice when it first opened, but they have not kept it up at all. The attractions that are advertised on the website are mostly broken. The “under 5” play area is not supervised at all. The obstacle course was gross. It’s clearly not cleaned or sanitized because there spilled drinks and food everywhere. Very few were wearing masks. No employees had on masks. I would not waste my money or time going here.

It is very unorganized. I paid for my tickets online and I still had to wait in line with people who had to check out. The eating area was nasty. I paid for socks online and they only had 2 sizes and told me I had to make it work because they ran out. The food took forever also. This is my second visit and I'm not pleased at all. The kids enjoyed all of the attractions. I just didn't like how unorganized they are.
