Hadn't seen it in decades, decided to stop by... When I got there, two guys from different cars were meeting... I couldn't tell if they were a couple of gay guys hooking up, or a drug deal going down and I didn't stay around to find out. At least you can see the whole area before getting out of the car, so if you go up there on the hill to see it, just be very aware of your surroundings and leave yourself an easy exit, just in case things get weird.
