I feel motivated to practise after each lesson because I feel well-equipped with the necessary techniques required to cope with the inflated demands of my repertoire. Above all, Ned’s strong passion for music inspires his students to stay persistently motivated. His calm demeanour puts his students at ease and his patience for his students to make progress is invaluable.

As a violin student of more than 10 years, I feel that I improved astronomically under Ned's guidance in the brief yet impactful period he taught me for. He is a very insightful, profound musician with a strong sense of discipline and thoughtful musicality. He is attentive to his students' needs and solid in his teaching principles.
